2. We will contact you and we will tell you the payment method, delivery times and requirements to customize your invitation.

What do I need to make my invitation?

Accepted Answer

To start customizing your invitation, we'll ask you to:
1. 50% down payment
2. We will provide you with our contact details and payment methods.
3. We will ask for the data and the number of photographs that we need to personalize your invitation.
4. We will send you a draft with a watermark of your invitation, so you can check everything as you requested.
5. When approving your digital invitation, we will ask you to pay the other 50% of your purchase.
6. When you confirm your payment, we will send you a private Dropbox link, which will contain your digital invitation in different versions: tablet, mobile and HD.

In what format will my digital invitation be delivered?

Your invitation will be delivered in high quality .mp4 format in a downloadable Dropbox link. You will be given three sizes of your invitation that are: Mobile, tablet and HD, so you can use it in your social networks.

Do you distribute my invitation on social networks?

Accepted Answer

No. Your privacy is guaranteed with us. We will not disclose your invitation, data or photos in our networks or media. When we deliver your invitation, you will be solely responsible for the media, so we are not responsible for the distribution of your invitation.
When delivering your downloadable link, it will be in effect for download 10 days and then deleted from our server, along with your data and photos.
We recommend you distribute your invitation to your guests through whatsapp, email or adding your video to your Facebook event. Remember that this must be private so that only the people you want, have access to your invitation.

How long will my digital invitation be ready?

Due to our loads of orders, we ask you to request your invitation with a minimum time of 10 days, so that we can serve you better. The delivery time can vary from 6 to 10 days, provided you have made the corresponding payment.

Why do they request a 50% down payment?

Unfortunately, we have had the misfortune to have clients who place the order and subsequently no longer contact us, leaving us with a personalized invitation without purchase.
